Through my prenatal care, my goal is to offer evidence based information and reduce any stresses, thus allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby.
Child Birth Education

Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful. My role with Child Birth Education is to ensure you get the best information when learning all the (new) things. No matter how you need me, I will be there offering support.
HypnoBirthing Services
I believe in Family Directed philosophy and provide Evidence Based support to help you learn about the birth process and how to prepare for the birth you desire.

I am certified from the HypnoBirthing® Institute to prepare mothers for childbirth with the Mongon Method of HypnoBirthing®. Throughout this course, I will guide you through the entire birthing process. I will provide you with techniques and approaches to help create a positive and calm birth experience.

I have always been inspired by the strength of women and the miracle of birth. Every woman deserves to have someone to guide and assist them in making educated choices about their pregnancy, and remind them that they can trust the strength of their bodies during this time. I'm a professional Doula based in Bluffton, SC. I am certified in HypnoBirthing®, the Mongan Method. I am an Evidence Based Professional, Spinning Babies and Body Ready Method trained.
